In France, we’ve built a strong foundation and are already a market leader. Now we’re looking for a Country Manager based in Paris to lead the next phase of growth: scaling sales, reducing churn, increasing supply density, and strengthening Treatwell’s leadership position in one of its most strategic markets.

🎯 Your Mission

As Country Manager France, you’ll have full commercial ownership of the French market. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Talent—driving acquisition, retention, and performance.

You’ll be part of an international organisation active in 13 countries, working closely with colleagues across Europe and the Treatwell headquarters in London to align local execution with the broader company strategy.

🚀 What You’ll Do

1. Lead and Scale Sales Performance

  • Own and evolve the partner acquisition strategy across Tier 1 & 2 cities (e.g. Paris, Lyon, Marseille) and expand into Tier 3 locations (e.g. Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lille).
  • Lead a high-performing commercial team across SDRs, inbound/outbound sales, field sales, and team leads.
  • Drive performance across the sales funnel—from lead to activation—and increase supply density in key areas.
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as win rate, conversion, cost per acquisition, and revenue per venue.

2. Retain and Grow Existing Partners

  • Oversee the partner journey beyond acquisition—working with Account Management and Customer Success to boost activation, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Implement targeted churn-prevention strategies and reactivation initiatives.
  • Monitor and act on partner health metrics (e.g. churn rate, NPS, product adoption, booking activity).
  • Ensure salons extract long-term value from Treatwell’s software and marketplace.

3. Build and Lead Cross-Functional Teams

  • Hire, develop and lead top talent across Sales, Marketing and Operations.
  • Oversee and align local marketing execution to support brand visibility, lead generation, and market-specific campaigns.
  • Foster a culture of performance, ownership and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
  • Work closely with central teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, People) to execute strategy and scale success.

4. Own Market Strategy and P&L

  • Shape and execute Treatwell’s growth plan for France based on local dynamics and international objectives.
  • Identify and unlock new market opportunities—geographical, vertical, or operational.
  • Take full ownership of the French market P&L, ensuring growth is efficient, sustainable, and aligned with broader business goals.
