Job description

Junior Supply Chain ManagerThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all logistics operations of the Treatwell Store. This includes overseeing warehouses, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered efficiently and on time. The role requires excellent management skills, a strong results-oriented approach, and a high aptitude for problem-solving.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations with our different 3PLs: efficient storage and shippings
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock audits
  • Coordinating delivery issues and returns
  • Interacting with warehouse stakeholders
  • Ensuring our EU expansion (negotiation & implementation)
  • Conducting competitive market analysis
  • Analyzing logistics flows (lead times, service levels, inventory, delivery performance, returns) and identifying areas of improvement
  • Implementing performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
  • Participating in strategic planning and business development projects.

About you:

  • You like working independently and taking initiative.
  • You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
  • You speak French and have strong oral and written communication skills in English and are ready to thrive in an international environmentYou hold a Master’s degree (engineering school, business school, university, etc.) with a specialization in supply chain.
  • You have one or more professional experiences in the field and are considered an expert in supply chain management.
  • You are driven by results and demonstrate strong analytical skills (data analysis and data-driven decision-making).
  • Excel does not intimidate you, and you understand its importance for making informed decisions.
  • You have a sensitivity to the e-commerce ecosystem, even without prior experience.
  • You enjoy teamwork and possess good listening skills.
