About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened up at Trustpair and we're searching for our first Growth Marketing Apprentice!
As part of our global marketing team, you will report to our Head of Marketing, and work closely with German, our Growth Marketer, to explore and gain skills in a variety of lead generation activities. Our Growth Marketers help to support Trustpair's development across Europe & the US by boosting our outbound efforts, meaning you'll also collaborate with different stakeholders across our Revenue department.
This role is for a 1 or 2 year apprenticeship only. Candidates must be based in Paris.
What you'll do:
Outbound Lead Generation:
- Develop and manage contact databases tailored to campaign needs
- Enrich contact and company data using tools like Kaspr, Datagma, Bettercontact
- Write compelling and personalized messaging for outbound campaigns
- Design, launch, and optimize outbound workflows in HubSpot and lemlist
- Track and manage campaign performance through HubSpot
- Leverage AI tools to enhance lead generation and campaign results
Inbound Marketing:
- Support content distribution strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads
- Collaborate on lead nurturing workflows through email and CRM automation
Website & Conversion Optimization:
- Manage website content updates and ensure alignment with campaigns
- Execute SEO optimizations to improve visibility and ranking on key pages
- Monitor and improve website conversion rates (CRO) using analytics tools and A/B testing
CRM Management:
- Maintain data quality and segmentation within HubSpot
- Send marketing emails, newsletters and setup sequences and tasks for the SDR team
- Support lead scoring, tracking, and reporting activities for campaign optimization

Must-Haves:
- You have around 6 months experience with outreach tools and outbound campaign setup
- Fluent in English and French
- You've already worked with HubSpot and enrichment tools
- Hands on experience with Wordpress/ Elementor, any digital marketing initiatives
- You possess strong data analysis and copywriting skills
- You're creative and autonomous, with a team-oriented mindset
