Trustpair empowers large global companies to eliminate vendor payment fraud with a market leading account validation automation platform. Trustpair serves over 300 enterprise customers, helping finance teams protect against 100% of fraud attacks.

Trustpair raised 20 million euros to accelerate international growth, and equip finance leaders with the tools needed to tackle sophisticated fraud tactics such as AI, deepfakes, cyber attacks, and more.


About the role

To support our continued international expansion, Trustpair is searching for a Legal Intern (or Apprentice) to join our growing team from January 2025. Strengthening our Finance, Admin & Legal team, the role will report to Florian, our Head of Legal.

As a Legal Intern at Trustpair, you'll be at the heart of our business, supporting our sales team with a wide variety of topics (commercial, corporate, HR, etc).

This position is open to candidates based in Paris, with a hybrid remote contract.


What you will do:

  • Review and draft a wide variety of contracts (support for sales teams in particular)
  • Implement and follow up on processes for the legal team and business stakeholders
  • Participate in providing assistance in connection with corporate topics
  • Help to implement GDPR and other compliance regulations
  • Keep a legal watch on International and French legislation and analyze its impact on the business
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department

Must Have

    • You hold (or are studying) a Master’s degree in Business Law or similar
    • Prior experience in a legal assistant/intern/apprentice position is a huge plus
    • You possess outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, you're able to talk to different stakeholders and work in different teams
    • Rigorous and curious, you pay attention to detail and have strong analytical skills
    • You have good knowledge on contract law 
    • Ability to solve problems, you take initiative and are helpful to your colleagues
    • You can work autonomously, with great organisational skills 
    • You're fluent in French and English
