About the role
Our Solution Consultants serve as a critical link between Trustpair’s platform, our prospect, our clients, and their ecosystems.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will partner with our Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between client needs and our solution offerings. Additionally, you will drive the adoption and success of our solutions in the US market by collaborating with enterprise clients, consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC), and internal teams to provide expertise, guide change management initiatives, and lead key phases of technical integration.
This role combines client-facing responsibilities with deep technical know-how, requiring a blend of business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, technical understanding and exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
What you'll do:
Client engagement and support deal closing:
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges
- Provide technical expertise and value-driven demonstrations to ensure client confidence and design tailored-made processes to present solutions to key stakeholders
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities to support deal closing
- Serve as primary point of contact for POCs, ensuring conversion to multi-year deals
Technical integration and change management:
- Oversee and manage critical stages of technical integration, including system configuration, API connectivity, and data migration
- Partner with Trustpair’s internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges
- Develop and execute change management plans, including training, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement
Collaboration with consulting firms and ecosystem partners:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG,… ) and strategic partners (e.g., SAP, Kyriba, Oracle,… )
- Work collaboratively to align Trustpair’s solutions with broader transformation initiatives led by consulting partners
Continuous improvement and knowledge sharing:
- Gather and share insights from client engagements to improve Trustpair’s products, processes, and service offerings
- Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and frameworks for solution delivery and change management
- Stay informed about industry trends, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure Trustpair remains a market leader

Must-Haves:
- 5+ years in a client-facing role such as Tech Consultant, Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in driving change management and managing large-scale technology integrations and projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, Vendor Portals.) and APIs
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and identify process optimization opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating with consulting firms or system integrators on client projects
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals
