The position

Job description

Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone.

With a very ambitious plan for 2025 and beyond, we are looking to build our Performance Marketing team in order to fuel our rapid growth.

As Performance Marketing Manager at Upway, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. 
You will manage our Performance Marketing channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution; and will be responsible to allocate our budget efficiently. 

This role is ideal for an analytical, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, B2C e-commerce environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Build a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy (SEA, paid Social Media, Affiliates, etc.) aiming at driving traffic and generating revenues for our European business.

  • Execution: Launch and continuously optimize campaigns (bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages, etc.) to increase their overall profitability. 

  • Tracking: Closely monitor campaigns performance by implementing best practices in terms of attribution and by building dashboards.

  • Budget Management: Allocate our Performance Marketing budget (millions of Euros per year!) efficiently across platforms and campaigns.


Preferred experience

  • 3-6 years of experience in Marketing analytics or related fields such as business consulting.

  • Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

  • An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads).

  • Experience working with Performance Marketing tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).

  • Good communication skills to present results in an informative and persuasive way to a wide range of stakeholders (Co-Founders, General Managers, Tech).

  • SQL proficiency is a plus.
