The position

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Technology Project Management Executive to join the Digital DERMA Tech team based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Direct reporting to Derma IT Director and Doted Line to the current Digital expert. You would be working along the E-commerce and Digital team and be responsible for the technical project management of small to large projects related to the DERMA Digital technology ecosystem.

Experience with ticketing tools (ie JIRA), Asana, Monday or similar project manager software as a service is a plus.

Derma business experience is a nice to have.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

 

Overall support in the management of technical digital projects including but not limited to:

  • New specific Derma websites
  • New DTC site implementations
  • New functionalities onsite
  • Optimization of existing features
  • Integration with 3rd party tools
  • New country rollouts:

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Helping in defining and refining priorities, expectations and commitments and measurable progress points tracking and confirming that desired progress against milestone and sprint goals is being accomplished and share report across stakeholders
  • Ensuring that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are appropriately implemented and updated, including ticketing tools, Project Plans and Reports
  • Creating documentation packages needed to go through all the approval & certification process phases
  • Support in aligning stakeholders and team members across departments like SAP, BI, Customer service, Logistics or Treasury teams through organizing and documenting meetings, following up on workstream tasks and updating project plans
  • Assistance in the End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing of ongoing sprints, creating and managing corresponding Tickets
  • Ensuring website accessibility is up to standards by pulling daily reports, manually reviewing & potentially resolving reported issues, creating, and managing corresponding tickets and following up with internal and external team members
  • Ensuring Google Analytics tagging and reporting is correct, creating and managing corresponding tickets and following up with internal and external team members
  • Daily review of e-commerce orders to ensure these are processed correctly and flagging any issues to corresponding departments (IT, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance)
  • Daily review of site availability and review monitoring to always ensure website functionality
  • Follow up with global IT team for brand topics, supporting technical digital manager in detecting interdependencies and adapting project plans accordingly
  • Creating configurations in backend systems for new products on site as well as country rollouts

Preferred experience

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in project management
  • Proved tech skills on:
  • Technical knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS, responsive applications
  • Knowledge of the management of domain names & DNS zones
  • General security best practices & certificate management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills whilst able to prioritize workload accordingly
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • An energetic can do and positive attitude
  • A Team player with a collaborative work approach and motivation to assume responsibilities outside core focus areas
  • Be able to identify any risk in advance which could impact the project
  • Strong communication skills (Fluent French and English must have)
  • Be methodical and organized
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Eager to learn
