We are looking for an Advanced Development Project Manager for the Compressor Development Center at our R&D Center in Prague. The candidate will be responsible for the project performance and the stakeholders coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure Advanced Development Project performance

• Ensure project Objectives are reached, define timing scenario to achieve milestones
• Ensure project deliverables are validated on time, secure Project resources and control them

Manage functionally and operationally Project Team with function contributors

• Define and manage the budget
• Prepare project reviews for decision making during PMC2
• Prepare PAA and related Risk Analysis

Support of P1 Teams, during RFQ steps and during development when collaboration is required

• Support P1 teams at the customer for presentations of the solutions once IP protection is certified
• Support P1 projects for proper applications of the standards

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in the same or similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured, systematic approach needed
• Experience with stakeholders management
• Technical background/experience and automotive field experience is preferred
• Certifications and trainings are desirable
