We are looking for a Platform Quality Leader in the Battery Thermal Management Platform in Prague.

The Platform Quality Leader sets the ambition and drives the continuous improvement of Platform Quality towards excellence in all aspects. Ensures that all regulatory and customer specific requirements are taken into account in the projects of the Module.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Deploy the Platform and Module Quality Mission and Strategy to all Module activities
• Set the quality objectives for the Module and monitor the Module KPIs related to Quality
• Define, maintain and continuously improve Module quality standards
• Deploy Module Quality Standards in all regions
• Define and drive the action plans to achieve the targets for the operational Module KPIs related to Quality
• Train QPTMs to Module Quality Standards

• Technical University degree
• More than 5 years of experience in Automotive quality
• Basic thermal management knowledge
• Good level of English to communicate within an international team
• Problem solving and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel and Driving license B
