With a growing global presence, we are expanding our operations and need a talented Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Paris Beaubourg. This role is critical to support our Sales team and drive localized marketing initiatives in France.
As a Field Marketing Manager for France, you will play a key role in driving the success of Veesion’s marketing and sales strategies in this market. Your responsibilities will span developing and executing localized marketing campaigns, creating impactful content, organizing events, and working closely with the Sales team to support their efforts in achieving ambitious growth targets. This position requires availability as soon as possible.
Localized Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the French market, aligned with global strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and conversion rates, providing insights to refine future approaches.
Sales Enablement
Partner with the Sales team to prioritize strategic accounts and provide marketing support to close deals.
Create and manage sales collateral, including case studies, presentations, and sales kits.
Deliver tools and insights to maximize closing rates and improve sales efficiency.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, social media, etc.) to nurture leads.
Organize webinars and physical events to engage prospects and customers.
Manage PR initiatives and local media partnerships to boost brand awareness.
Content Creation & Localization
Adapt global content to fit the French market and develop localized materials, including customer use cases.
Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to maintain consistency in messaging and tone.
Planning and Reporting
Manage budget and campaign timelines effectively.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, ideally in the tech or retail sector.
Proven ability to develop and execute localized marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset and experience using marketing tools (HubSpot preferred).
Native-level fluency in French and proficiency in English.
Experience in AI or SaaS marketing.
Familiarity with the retail industry.
