The position

Job description

As a Head of Growth , you will focus on supporting our local sales teams, managing our key accounts, and driving Flexcity’s growth in our emerging markets across Europe—renewables, batteries, E-boilers, and industry. You will work directly with the account, product & country managers in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Spain, …

 

You will lead the Growth team, under the CEO, and your role is divided into:

  • Growth Strategy & Execution - 40%

    • Develop and implement growth strategies across Flexcity's markets, focusing on filling the pipeline, lead generation, and marketing.

    • Drive the development and implementation of growth KPIs for all assets, with a focus on Heat, Batteries, and Renewables.

    • Ensure that the growth department supports sales performance effectively through training, a standardized framework, and relevant tools.

 

  • Sales Optimization & Coaching - 30%

    • Build a “sales machine” with the support of sales operators, ensuring smooth sales processes and correct CRM entries.

    • Provide ongoing training and coaching to local sales teams across Flexcity's countries.

    • Optimize the account management of our existing customers in multiple countries to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

 

  • Analytics, Admin & Reporting - 30%

    • Develop a clear system for tracking growth and sales metrics.

    • Produce consistent, actionable reports on growth KPIs and provide insights for country managers and asset leaders.

    • Implement CRM tools to ensure data integrity, transparency, and sales process improvements.

Hard Skills

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch, trilingual being a strong plus

  • Technical & Tooling Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools (mandatory).

    • Expertise in data analytics for performance tracking and decision-making.

    • Knowledge of marketing campaigns, sales channels, … 

  • Energy Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the energy market is a significant advantage.

  • Negotiation & customer relation experience: Expert in negotiation & customer relationships.

Soft Skills

  • Passionate about the energy transition, and decarbonization of our economy

  • Strategic organization: Ability to structure and streamline a team's initiatives, ensuring alignment and balance within the growth department and across countries.
