You will lead the Growth team, under the CEO, and your role is divided into:
Growth Strategy & Execution - 40%
Develop and implement growth strategies across Flexcity's markets, focusing on filling the pipeline, lead generation, and marketing.
Drive the development and implementation of growth KPIs for all assets, with a focus on Heat, Batteries, and Renewables.
Ensure that the growth department supports sales performance effectively through training, a standardized framework, and relevant tools.
Sales Optimization & Coaching - 30%
Build a “sales machine” with the support of sales operators, ensuring smooth sales processes and correct CRM entries.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to local sales teams across Flexcity's countries.
Optimize the account management of our existing customers in multiple countries to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Analytics, Admin & Reporting - 30%
Develop a clear system for tracking growth and sales metrics.
Produce consistent, actionable reports on growth KPIs and provide insights for country managers and asset leaders.
Implement CRM tools to ensure data integrity, transparency, and sales process improvements.
