About the role 🖥

Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant, to join the Accounts Payable Team in Paris and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will be responsible for the financial accounting of one or more entities of Vestiaire Collective.

What you will do 👜

  • Processing supplier invoices via the dematerialization tool
  • Posting of supplier invoices
  • Review, analysis and reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Maintaining supplier master data in accounting system
  • Processing of expense reports (verification, posting and payment)
  • Supplier payments, sending payment details
  • Accounts analysis (supplier debtors, cut-off, reconciliation, etc.)
  • Participation in monthly closings
  • These missions may be enriched depending on the projects of the AP department.

    Who you are ⭐

  • BTS in accounting or equivalent.
  • You have between 3 to 5 years of experience in a company in AP accounting.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is a nice to have and you are comfortable with computer tools (especially MS Excel).
  • Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is essential. French communications skills are definitely a plus.
  • You are autonomous, responsible, and motivated.
  • You are organized and rigorous.
