Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Head of Employee Relations (H/F/D)  based in Paris, to join our amazing People team.

About the role 🖥️

  • We are seeking a skilled Head of Employee Relations focusing on performance management, employee litigation, unions & CSE relations, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess strong employment law knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
  • What you will do 👜

  • CSE & Unions Relations:
  • Act as the primary contact for CSE & union representatives, lead CSE meeting on the behalf of Chief People Officer
  • Assist in negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement poor performance management policies.
  • Collaborate with HRBP to identify poor performance cases as early as possible to manage them efficiently & successfully.
  • Employee Litigation:
  • Conduct legal research and gather evidence for employee disputes.
  • Draft legal documents, including responses to claims and settlement agreements.
  • Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Compliance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Advise HRBP on compliance issues and best practices.
  • Who you are ⭐

  • You have experience in a fast paced environment 
  • You have a strong knowledge of French labour laws (knowledge of European labour laws is a nice to have) - Minimum 5 years
  • You are a people person able to adapt your style to communicate most effectively with different stakeholders 
  • You have a positive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise 
  • You are a confident team player with the ability to work autonomously  
  • And as we are a French born international company, you are fluent in both English and French  
  • You have sound judgement, displaying integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
