About the role 🖥️
We are seeking a skilled HR & Labour relations manager focusing on unlocking the potential of our people, our organisation and supporting the People team on employee litigation, unions / CSE relations, and compliance monitoring. Reporting to our Organisation Development Director, you will join a team of five People Business Partners and one Talent Manager fully dedicated to the development of Vestiaire Collective organization, at a global level. The role includes the management of a Labour Relations Apprentice.What you will do 👜
1) HR Business Partnering Drive organisational development in our Marketing & Commercial functions :Drive a high performance culture and organisational efficiency in Marketing & Commercial teams by understanding our People strategy & business needs to dPartner with other People partners and our Talent manager to build, continuously optimise and deploy our people experience processes Act as a true partner to your population :Drive a highly engaging environment for employees that embodies our values Support your population’s managers by bringing people expertise & developing solutions that help the business to deliver its strategy 2) Labour RelationsCSE & Unions Relations:Act as the primary contact for CSE & union representatives, lead CSE meeting on the behalf of Chief People OfficerAssist in negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreementsEmployee Litigation:Conduct legal research and gather evidence for employee disputesDraft legal documents, including responses to claims and settlement agreementsAssist in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trialsCompliance Monitoring:Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and regulationsAdvise HRBP on compliance issues and best practicesWho you are ⭐
You have experience in a fast paced environment You are passionate about organisation developmentYou have a strong knowledge of French labour laws (knowledge of European labour laws is a nice to have) - Minimum 5 yearsYou are a people person able to adapt your style to communicate most effectively with different stakeholders You have a positive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise You are a confident team player with the ability to work autonomously And as we are a French born international company, you are fluent in both English and French You have sound judgement, displaying integrity and a clear understanding of confidentialityWhat we offer 🎁
