🔑 The Opportunity:

The Fleet Operations team plays a critical role in maintaining our fleet of vehicles in optimal conditions to ensure they are always ready for our customers. Responsibilities include managing repair costs, maintaining garage relationships, handling insurance claims, and addressing mechanical issues that affect customer satisfaction. The team also analyses repair and accident data to optimise our operations and achieve company goals.

🎯 Your Missions:

Coordinate Maintenance and Repairs: Schedule, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and repair work with external vendors or in-house mechanics

Manage Repairs Cost: Approve and track maintenance and repair expenses to ensure they align with budgetary targets.

Source Parts and Suppliers: Assist in sourcing and purchasing necessary parts and suppliers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Ensure Vehicle Good Condition: Maintain all vehicles in good working condition, meeting safety standards through rigorous checks and procedures.

Handle Insurance Claims: Efficiently manage insurance claims to expedite repairs and minimise vehicle downtime

Analyse Repair Data: Identify trends in repair costs and performance to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Passion and Technical Knowledge: You’re passionate about cars and have knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair pricing

Mechanical Experience: You've worked in a garage or similar role managing vehicle repairs and maintenance for more than 2 years

Problem-Solving Skills: You thrive in dynamic environments, handling multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures

Operational Excellence: You're proactive in improving processes to enhance efficiency

Collaborative Spirit: You're adaptable and enjoy working in teams, quickly learning new systems and processes

Communication Skills: You effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management both verbally and in writing
