You will be attached to the Marketing/Communication department of Viva Technology, whose objective is twofold: to establish the notoriety of Viva Technology in France and internationally, and to generate ticket sales for the event.
Support us in the strategy and operational management of our CRM and email campaigns. You will learn how to manage CRM campaigns from A to Z, from writing content, to managing our databases, to sending campaigns.
Management of CRM campaigns (newsletters, ticketing, partner communications…)
Creating newsletter content in English (95%) and French (5%)
Setting up email campaigns in our routing tool - (Salesforce Marketing Cloud - training at the beginning of the internship)
Management of proofs and mailings
Setting up Journeys / campaign scenarios
Queries in our databases and targeting / segmentation
Follow-up, analysis and continuous recommendations to optimize your campaigns
Exchange with other VivaTech teams to address their communication needs (Conferences, Startups, Exhibitors, Innovations, Side Events…)
AB tests and test & learn approach
Competitive intelligence

Native English speaker, French is a plus for internal communications.
