We are hiring a proactive Influence Manager Assistant to support influencer management for Viva Technology 2025. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Influence Manager, maintaining constant communication with our ambassadors to ensure their participation in our program, supervising their content posting, coordinating calendars, and organizing side events for ambassadors.

Responsibilities:

• Ambassador Scouting: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding influencers, including tech leaders, content creators, and industry experts.

• Relationship Management: Maintain direct and ongoing communication with ambassadors to ensure smooth collaboration and strengthen engagement within our community.

• Calendar Coordination: Develop and manage activity and collaboration schedules for ambassadors.

• Event Planning: Support the planning and logistics of events and provide personalized assistance to ambassadors including reception, schedule management, and access to special lounges.

• Database Management: Maintain an updated well-organized database of ambassadors, including contact details and activity records.

• Previous experience in influencer management or event coordination.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Patience and adaptability to unexpected challenges.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and experience in creating reports.
