💻 Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business needs

- Design and lead projects until their implementation, including change management phases with business stakeholders

- Participate in project committees

- Draft business requirements and functional specifications

- Collaborate closely with other areas of expertise and coordinate internal and external development teams

- Monitor project development and ensure compliance with commitments (costs, deadlines, quality)

- Regularly communicate progress on your projects with various stakeholders

- Assist business units in creating test scenarios and implementing functional tests




About you:

Minimum Bac+5 degree from a computer science school

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

Certified or trained as a Scrum Master, or have experience working on Agile projects

Possess strong writing and synthesis skills, analytical mindset, and service orientation

Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings

Detail-oriented and curious
