💻 Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team and our clients. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various products

- Perform manual and automated testing to identify and document defects

- Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionalities and requirements

- Report and track defects, ensuring they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

- Analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and defect reports

- Participate in review meetings to provide feedback on product quality and suggest improvements

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures throughout the product lifecycle

About you

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role (minimum 3 years in a similar position)
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, QTP, etc
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
