The position

Job description

We recruit a 360° coms & brand strategy manager. The position is located in our Headquarters in Aix-en-Provence.

Key responsibilities :

The role of 360° coms & brand strategy manager belongs to the Marketing Team and reports directly into the Global Brand and Communications Director. He/She is a strategic business partner for our marketing and business unit teams, providing consumer-led insights and strategic recommendations to drive brand growth and efficient 360° communications on all touchpoints. He/She is responsible for brand content development and activation, owning agencies relationship (both creative & media) and creating a coherent 360° activation together with internal Growth teams in charge of acquisition.

Your objectives will be to:

Develop and execute the brand communication agenda, aligning with business ROI objectives, in particular : 

1. Brand:

- Identity consumer insights and translate into concrete action plan to deliver new brand positioning, creative development and 360° campaign activation for 2025

  • Create and manage efficient tools to track Brand Health, campaign effectiveness (pre & post-test, sales impact), ensuring they drive value to the business

2. Media :
-
manage external media agencies relationship and budget to deliver best ROI on offline channels
- gradually move to 360° approach including digital acquisition to deliver full path to purchase coherent activation on all touchpoints (growth team still in charge of digital media buying)

3. Team management:

- Coach and develop team members (2), fostering a culture of continuous learning

Preferred experience

Our ideal candidate possesses...

  • Master's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in media & brand strategy, preferably in agency, FMCG and/or e-commerce. Previous experience with an OTA is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate insights into successful brand strategies and activations
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to deliver key messages in a synthetic and compelling way
  • Thorough understanding of media buying KPIs and solid experience in building successful 360° activations combining internal & external stakeholders (external media agency on offline + internal activation on digital channels)
  • Experience in creating ownable brand platforms and activating them in a compelling way
  • A doer, at ease in a fast-paced, low-processed and ever-changing environment, able to bring methodology and structure
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create partnerships with key stakeholders and influence without hierarchical authority (Comex, country managers, product and data teams, rest of marketing team)
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French.
