About the Role
The travel industry is a goldmine of data—customer behavior, marketing analytics, supplier insights, navigation tracking, CRM, customer service, and more. Our business generates vast amounts of data, and leveraging this information directly impacts user experience, conversion rates, and supplier relationships.
As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying growth and profitability levers to support decision-making across multiple departments: Product, CRM, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, Transport, and Finance.
You will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring accurate and reliable data delivery. You’ll create insightful dashboards, implement data quality standards, and collaborate closely with business teams to provide accessible, self-service analytics and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
Coordinate functional and technical stakeholders to implement BI projects.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) essential for strategic business steering.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize user requirements, translating them into scalable BI solutions that improve operational efficiency and business insights.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support critical decision-making, validate business hypotheses, and refine BI project scopes.
Technical Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with data engineers to design, optimize, and document complex ETL pipelines, ensuring efficient and scalable data processes
Drive innovation by contributing to R&D initiatives and continuously exploring new BI technologies to enhance performance and automation
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of BI tools through proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous optimization.

About You
Education: Master’s degree in Analytics Engineering, Data, or a related field.
Experience: At least three years of experience in data analysis within the digital sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in SQL, knowledge on cloud plateforms.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau (strong expertise is a plus).
Technical aptitude for developing and automating BI architecture.
Interest in programming languages such as Python.
A proactive mindset, eager to suggest and implement new ideas.
