The position

Job description

Mission:

The International Development Manager will drive and expand Voyage Privé’s presence in new international markets, aligning growth initiatives with company goals. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, implementing strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth in targeted regions.

 

Outcome:

  • Developer:
    • Achieve market growth targets by expanding Voyage Privé’s presence in 2 new international markets within the first 12 months.
    • Act as the true project manager for the launch, ensuring the definition and implementation of the action plan for each stakeholder (tech, data, product, operations, finances…) according to predefined deadlines.
    • Participate in the development of the brand within the local ecosystem (market and competition analysis, Go-To Market strategy).
    • Propose tailored marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
    • Understand and prepare an action plan with Legal/Admin, considering: Travel law, insurance, data privacy, etc.
    • Build partnerships with strategic local actors.

     

  • Performer:
    • Participate in budget management and P&L oversight, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
    • Contribute to ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
    • Monitor and challenge acquisition performance to create a qualify members database in the market.
    • Adapt offer and demand taking into account the market trends
    • Optimize, with CRM, the Newsletter CTR & Push App CTR.

                     

  • Team Leader:
    • Participate in the recruitment, development, and training processes of the team to support the performance of the launched business unit(s).
    • Contribute to inspiring and guiding the team to successfully execute the strategy.
    • Participate in quarterly and annual performance evaluations.

                     

  • Coordinator:
    • Collaborate with marketing and supply teams to tailor offerings for regional preferences, optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Organize information sharing and improve collaboration processes with other departments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in international business development, e-commerce strategy or consulting. 
    • Proven success in expanding business in multiple regions, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
