The position

Job description

📍 Location: Paris, Hybrid (2-3 days per week at the office + team gatherings every 2-3 months at Paris with the full team)

We’re looking for a Producer Intern 🎮 to support our production team in delivering a high-quality gaming experience. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in game production while working closely with a passionate and creative team. This is a full-time internship for 6 months, ideal for someone finishing their studies and with a “convention de stage” in France only.

What You’ll Do

🗂️ Assist in Project Management: Help track progress, update schedules, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

🤝 Facilitate Communication: Support coordination between teams, including art, design, and development, to ensure alignment and smooth workflows.

📊 Monitor Milestones: Assist in monitoring project milestones and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

🎯 Organize Meetings: Help schedule and prepare for team meetings, ensuring clear agendas and follow-ups.

🔍 Research and Documentation: Conduct research, document processes, and assist in creating reports to support the production team.

  • Passion for Gaming: A strong interest in mobile games, especially match-3 puzzles, and the gaming industry.

  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira) is a bonus.

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Game Production, Project Management, or a related field.
