The position

Job description

🚀 Vulog is looking for a CRM & Digital Marketing Apprentice for a 12 or 24-month alternance based in Paris.

Reporting to our Marketing & Communication Director, you will work closely with the marketing team (a Product Specialist and a Content Marketing Specialist) on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth management of our HubSpot CRM and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. You will also have support from a Marketing Agency specializing in CRM.

📖 Your mission  (if you accept it 😎)

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management: Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness

Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation: Assist in designing and implementing automated workflows to nurture leads and support customer engagement

Campaign & Asset Creation: Develop and publish landing pages, emails, newsletters, and other digital assets within HubSpot

List & Contact Management: Create and maintain targeted lists to support marketing and sales activities

Performance Tracking & Analytics: Collect and analyze data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital tools to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest optimizations

Website & SEO Support: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website (WordPress) in collaboration with an external developer

Google Ads & Digital Marketing Support: Contribute to paid advertising campaigns and other growth marketing initiatives

General Marketing Support: Contribute to other marketing projects as needed


Preferred experience

This role is ideal for you if you have a keen interest in CRM, marketing automation, data analysis, and digital marketing. You will play a critical role in managing our customer database, optimizing nurturing workflows, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

🎯 Educational & pro-background:

  • You are a student enrolled at an eligible university or Business School, in Master 1 or 2 (Bac+4/5), with Digital Marketing or Business, or Communication specialization (or similar)🎓

  • A similar experience is appreciated 💼

🛠️ Technical skills:

  • English intermediate (B2) (the official and working language is English)

  • Capability to use CRM systems

  • Skilled in HubSpot

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEA (Google Ads) is a plus

  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, and Google Analytics, WordPress) is appreciated
