As a Solution Consultant in a team dedicated to a specific product line based on AI and computer vision, your main tasks will be as follows:

• Provide expertise on the solution and demonstrate its value during the pre-sales phase, via presentations and demonstrations.
• Working closely with the Key Account Executive to define the appropriate strategy for each customer.
• Supporting customers in setting up pilots in their shops.
• Adapting existing configurations in collaboration with internal technical departments, with a view to installing the solution.
• Play an active role in invitations to tender.
• Train customer teams to use the solution and share best practice.
• Proactively monitoring newly installed shops via regular check-ups with the customer.

• 3 to 5 years' successful experience in a similar position in retail, AI or the computer vision industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Knowledge of the retail world is highly desirable
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to build good relationships with all levels of the company and with customers. 
• You are proactive by nature 
• You are able to communicate both orally and in writing in English
