The position

Job description

As a Sales Strategist Intern, you will join our 7-person Sales team: Heloise (Account Executive USA & Canada), Clara (Account Executive EMEA), Patrick (Customer Success Manager), Tomas (Account Manager), Céline (Partnership Manager), Pierre (Chief Sales Officer), and our soon-to-be-hired Outbound Account Executive. In this multicultural, ambitious environment, you will work on:

  1. Improvement of the Sales Strategy:

    1. Assist in analyzing current sales processes and identifying areas for optimization.

    2. Research and propose innovative tools, techniques, and strategies to enhance sales efficiency.

    3. Collaborate with the sales team to implement improvements and monitor their impact on performance.

  2. Find and organize leads:

    1. Conduct market research to identify potential prospects aligned with Weglot’s target audience and business objectives.

    2. Build, maintain, and enrich a detailed database of high-quality leads, segmented by region, industry, and potential value.

    3. Utilize prospecting tools and outreach methods to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

  3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    1. Gather and analyze data on won and lost deals to identify key trends and insights.

    2. Collaborate with sales representatives to understand decision-making processes, objections, and opportunities for improvement.

    3. Provide actionable recommendations to refine our approach, messaging, and positioning for future opportunities.

Preferred experience

  • Business or Engineering student looking for a 6-month internship for 2025

  • Traits: Curious, willing to experiment and enthusiastic. Comfortable diving into tools and tech (“a bit geeky” is a plus). We value being lazy in the sense that you always look for smarter, faster ways to achieve results with less effort. Strong table football skills and meme creation are bonus (the Sales team could definitely use a boost).

  • Languages: Fluent English required; professional proficiency in French.
