Job description

As an Nonprofit International Development Officer, you will join Wenabi’s Impact team, which currently consists of 5 persons. Your role? To develop our international ecosystem of nonprofits and support them proposing initiatives on the platform.

If you’re convinced that businesses have a role to play in addressing the social and environmental issues of today and tomorrow, apply now!

MISSIONS 💪

💪 Develop partnerships with new nonprofits : Conduct active prospecting to identify associations by country and theme (e.g. environment, women’s rights), taking into account the platform’s needs and customer requests. Lead a weekly demonstration of the platform to maximise the commitment of nonprofits.

🤗 Follow up associations and ensure their satisfaction: Answer nonprofits’ questions via support management, monitor volunteer registrations and establish relationships of trust with nonprofits to better understand and meet their needs.

💻 Review missions on the platform: Ensure the quality and consistency of the initiatives published by nonprofits. Support them in identifying their needs and advise them on formulating clear and attractive initiatives.

👫 Participate in improving the operations of the Impact team: Optimising our monitoring tools, proposing improvements to the platform and internal processes, and (above all) actively participating in the expansion of our international division to strengthen our impact.
