Your future team and missions ✨

Joining our marketing teams based in France and the US, you will be collaborating with Rob, our VP Marketing (US) and Laura, our Social Media and PR Manager (EU). You are about to embark on an exciting, international adventure!

Your role in our team 🤳:

  • Embodying WeWard’s image in the U.S., you will be creating and publishing static and video content where you will appear as the face of the company. 

  • You have a deep understanding of the social voice, tone and style that resonates on the platforms you will be fueling: Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, X.  You will be contributing to the development and execution of the social media content reflecting the local marketing trends. 

  • As an innovative, creative social media expert, you can also lead your own research and share strategies about new marketing channels (Snapchat, Twitch, etc) that the team might not have delved into yet. We encourage you to be curious and suggest new opportunities!

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the app on different social media platforms highlighting WeWard’s vision, mission and features, as well as the benefits of the app and increase the number of followers (1.3M on Instagram and 7.5K on U.S. TikTok)

  • Create, edit and share engaging content in various formats: video, live, photo and written

  • Collaborate with other teams (Product, Customer Success, Revenue) to ensure brand consistency

  • Monitor social media channels to identify trends related to the industry and use adequate tools to keep track of your work

  • Learn from best practices on TikTok such as BeReal, Duolingo, and many other inspirations

  • Maintain an engaging presence on the each platform by keeping closely in touch with our users; replying to DMs, handling requests, replying in a fun and entertaining manner

  • Contribute to the social media and marketing roadmap by participating in weekly sprints and daily meetings

  • Contribute to the elaboration of the UGC strategy and reaching out to influencers for collabs 

    What tools does he/she need to master?

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere Pro, etc) and Capcut for editing your videos. 

  • Social Media Management tools that you will encounter, such as Buffer, SocialPilot, HootSuit. 

  • Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, etc), Slack, Notion, Trello would be great as well.

Work Schedule and Location: 

  • Our office is located in New York City, right next to the Empire State Building!

  • At WeWard, we offer a hybrid working schedule: 2-3 days remote work, with 3 days office presence encouraged to foster brainstorming sessions, interpersonal connections and a sense of community.

Recruitment process

  • 30-min call with the Kaënaath, Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • 30-min interview with  Rob, and Laura

  • A case study (to be prepared at home) followed by a 1 hour debrief with the Marketing team and Yves, our CEO and co-founder, including dedicated time for mutual feedback.
