Attached to the Revenue team and alongside Samuel, our Monetization Manager, you will join the team as a Monetization & Project Management Apprentice. Your role will encompass enhancing WeWard’s existing revenue streams from advertisements, offerwalls, and surveys, as well as exploring new avenues to support growth and achieve WeWard’s ambitions.

By joining our team, you’ll embark on an entrepreneurial adventure where every team member plays a vital role. You will contribute to the company’s strategic and technical decisions, and have a substantial and immediate impact on over 3 million daily users and counting 🚶‍♂️📱.

Monetisation is quite a unique field. We don’t expect you to come with already built skills : you’ll learn and grow within the monetisation department, with the end goal being you reaching independence & autonomy on various topics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Learn the ropes of the app ecosystem, with a specific focus on monetisation topics.

• Monitor performance metrics of various monetisation channels.

• Support the monetisation department in its various operational needs.

• Support the monetisation department in the design of its long term strategy.

• Own and pilot one or several monetisation projects.

• Collaborate with all teams engaged in monetisation (Tech & Product, Data, Customer Support, etc).

Hiring Process:

• The first step is a 30-minutes call with Samuel, your future manager, who will delve into the details of the job’s responsibilities. You’ll discuss your expectations, experiences, and he’ll introduce you to WeWard.

• Then, you’ll prepare a use case at home, followed by an in-person presentation to the team. This stage lasts around one hour, including time for mutual feedback and a visit to our Paris office. 

• You’ll then have a quick phone call withKaënaath, Talent Acquisition Specialist,  who will guide you throughout your journey with us.
