WeWard, the app with 20 million active users globally, is looking for a Product Owner to lead the strategic and operational development of WeCards, our digital collectible feature! You will be working with dynamic teams in Paris and New York, thus you’ll make an outsized impact and shape the next phase of WeWard’s success.
You’ll be part of the Product team, working closely with our Product Director, David Talbot and the design team, alongside our tech and business teams, to enhance the app’s value and deliver a superior user experience 📈

Here are the role responsibilities 💪 :
Contribute to the product vision and define & refine the roadmap for WeCards.
Contribute to the global product roadmap upon need.
Stay at the forefront of trends in geolocation, digital collectibles, and mobile gaming to innovate and grow user engagement.
Guarantee a dynamic, agile workflow that fosters continuous improvement across a dedicated squad.
Act as the sprint guarantor by ensuring clarity and alignment on goals, priorities, deadlines, and quality among all stakeholders.
Translate feature ideas into well-documented user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Review UX models to ensure they align with user needs and business goals.
Maintain the Wecards backlog and prioritize functionalities to align with business goals and ensure quality delivery.
Take ownership of bug tracking, ensuring timely resolution and smooth feature launches.
Lead customer analysis on Wecards (both qualitative and quantitative)
Analyze the performance of features through A/B testing, user feedback, and KPI reporting.
Propose innovative ideas and experiments in line with our Test & Learn culture.
Organize and present demos for new or key functionalities to showcase progress and future opportunities.
Challenge both functional and technical solutions to deliver the best outcomes for our users.
You’re the perfect match if you have…
✍️ Experience: At least 5 years as a Product Owner(or similar role) in mobile applications, preferably in digital collectibles, geolocation, or mobile gaming.
⌛ Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
📊 Data-Driven Mindset: You thrive on analyzing performance metrics and deriving insights to guide decisions.
🔥 Collaboration Skills: You excel in communicating and working with diverse teams, bridging the gap between tech and business.
💡 Creativity & Innovation: You love brainstorming new ideas, experimenting, and iterating to find what works best for the users.
🛠 Tools Expertise: Experience with tools like Linear, Amplitude (analytics), Figma, etc., is a plus.
