We are looking for our future Rewards and Partnerships Specialist!

As part of WeWard, you will be joining Justine, your future manager and our VP of Operations, Olivier, our Chief Revenue Officer, and the rest of the P&L team on an exciting adventure! 🤝 You will be working on our Redeem page.

💪 Your mission, if you accept it, will be distributed as follows:

Partnerships & Marketing (60% of the time)

  • Manage relationships with partners for our Redeem Page (Businesses, Charities, Marketplace Suppliers)

  • Represent WeWard at events (Charity ones for example)

  • Ensure continuous and engaging assortment of gifts (free offers, marketplace products, charities projects, sweepstakes rewards)

  • Handle communications with users to engage them on the Redeem page, across the app and social media

Product Management (30% of the time)

  • Analyze user feedback and preferences to improve the rewards assortment

  • Undertake competitor monitoring

  • Ensure the Redeem page contributes to DAU growth and user retention

Other (10% of the time)

  • Participate in a wide range of missions to contribute to WeWard’s corporate development

Preferred experience

📱 You have at least 0-2 years of experience in digital and/or mobile app in business positions

📚 You have a Master’s Degree / BAC+5 from Business School

💬 You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Recruitment process

  • A case study followed by a 1 hour debrief with the team, with dedicated time for mutual feedback!
