The Tech Team
The Tech Team consists of 4 departments
- The Back-End team develops a robust architecture to provide a stable application
- The Frond-End team ensuring a perfect deployment on mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- The Data team aggregates user data to calculate physical activity and rewards
The tech teams work hand in hand with the other teams to meet users' expectations to build the leading application in its market!
Team Product
- The Product team optimises the UX and UI of the application to provide the best user experience
- Our graphic designer ensures that our brand identity is flawless and creates assets that all teams can enjoy and use in their projects
- Our customer support team makes sure that all our users are happy on a daily basis
The Marketing Team
The Marketing team is in charge of user acquisition, retention and monetization strategies. The objective is to analyse user behaviour in order to implement new strategies and optimise them: communication and engagement campaigns, product and functionality improvements, social network and community management, etc.
The international team is also responsible for preparing and operating the launch of the application in new countries. WeWard has been launched in 30 countries since the Olympics 2024!
WeWard's goal is to make the app available worldwide! One step at a time ;)
The Revenue Team
The Revenue team is responsible for partnerships with health and wellness brands, as well as with local businesses that wish to be visible on the app.
With care and attention to WeWard's values and alignment with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, the Revenue team ensures that our partners have a direct impact on the sustainable and local economy.
