Lead the development and submission of high-quality project proposals and grant applications, managing all aspects, including drafting, budgeting, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with funding agencies’ and partners’ requirements and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
Maintain effective communication channels with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the efficient delivery of customer projects and support.
Present and articulate innovative solutions to clients, ensuring a comprehensive representation of WhiteLab Genomics’ value proposition.
Provide support to the Business Development team by qualifying prospects and ensuring our solutions align with client needs.
Gather client feedback to enhance existing products and guide the development of future offerings.
Represent WhiteLab Genomics at conferences, webinars, and other events.
Assist in drafting and editing scientific papers, white papers, posters, and oral presentations to promote our work and solutions.
Train and support internal teams on collaboration and grant application processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
You have a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Biological Engineering, or a related field.
A background in computer science (machine learning, applied mathematics, software engineering) is a plus.
You have proven experience (3+ years) in managing scientific projects, research collaborations and grants, with exposure to the biotech or life sciences industry. Knowledge of agile methodology and the Monday.com tool is a plus.
You have first experience of public funding opportunities (grants, tax credits, etc.) in France, Europe, and ideally North America.
You are experienced in project management, consulting, or delivering high-impact scientific research or technological products in the medical, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
You are known for your ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, agile environment.
You have strong organizational, analytical, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects.
You are highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to stay up to date with the latest scientific developments.
You will have a first call with the People & Culture team, followed by a discussion with the Head of SPM. The final step will be an on-site interview to meet the team and other leads.
