Witco (Ex-MonBuilding)

After graduating from EDHEC, Mickaël joined Accenture as a consultant. For 4 years, he worked on both strategic and operational issues. This experience allowed him to develop his analytical and project management skills as well as his rigour and versatility. Attracted by the product and the challenge of MonBuilding, Mickaël embarked on the start-up adventure. He manages projects with clients and partners on a daily basis. Internally, he structures/coordinates the team while ensuring the optimisation of internal tools and processes. Mickaël brings a great sense of humour and his inimitable organisational skills to the MonBuilding team. His trick: he says "good night" at all hours.

Holder of the CAPA (business law & tax) and graduate of ESSEC Grande École, Eliane decided to join the investment bank Rothschild&Co as an Analyst and then Associate. For three years, she had the opportunity to work on mergers and acquisitions, including the sale of the Cœur Défense building. Eliane felt that the well-being of the employee in the office could be improved thanks to new technologies by allowing him to be kept informed of what is happening in the building, to declare an incident and follow its evolution, to access a set of services from a single interface and to exchange with other colleagues. Eliane therefore left at the end of March 2016 to found MonBuilding in June 2016. Eliane brings to the MonBuilding team a vision and boundless energy. Her thing: "What? Fire."

Constantin is a graduate of Dauphine University and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. After working for large groups such as Ubisoft, BTP Consultants and Novalia on the "Products" side, he moved to MonBuilding. At the crossroads of the company's different professions, Constantin is in charge of product strategy and supervises all the elements of the product, from its conceptualisation to its operation. He is also in charge of developing expertise in specific areas of technology (big data, level 3 agility, etc.) in order to constantly improve the MonBuilding platform. Constantin brings cohesion and leadership to the MonBuilding team. His hobby: he loves to take his breaks on the terrace, in the sun.

Kevin has been working in the IT field since he was 5 years old. He has contributed to the development of several IT projects and has worked at Sanofi Aventis in securing their software infrastructure and web applications. Kevin has a particular appetite for solving complex technical problems, whether in IT or in mechanics. He mixes work and passion by bringing his technical expertise to ensure that the application always performs well. Kevin brings to the MonBuilding team an unstoppable technical strategy and an unfailing kindness. His thing: 100% techos and 0 bullshit.
