Responsibilities and Duties
📝 Strategic Content Leadership (30%)
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with our marketing goals, significantly influencing our business objectives.
Actively manage and expand the content team, integrating new hires while enhancing the capabilities of existing team members.
🎨 Content Creation and Management (50%)
Oversee the production of diverse content formats such as articles, infographics, videos, press releases and social media posts, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimised for SEO and conversions.
Lead and mentor a growing team of content professionals, setting clear KPIs and performance goals to drive success.
🔍 Collaboration and Analysis (20%)
Serve as a key player in cross-departmental collaborations, ensuring content strategy supports broader business and marketing objectives.
Use advanced analytics tools to measure content effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to continually refine our approach.

Proven experience in content marketing, preferably with a minimum of 5-7 years in marketing roles and 2-3 years in a leadership position.
Strong editorial and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Leadership and team management experience, including the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation software.
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to make content decisions and optimize performance.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments and presenting strategies to leadership.
