The Learning Success Officer’s Internship role is designed to assist our Customer Success Manager team in supporting higher education institutions and companies eager to transform their teaching and training practices with Wooclap.
Your mission will be to guide partners and users, especially educators and trainers, in maximising the platform’s value by creating and delivering learning and training materials, conducting online training sessions and workshops, and developing best practices tailored to their needs.
You’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with learning technologists, training managers, teachers and students across the world playing a pivotal role in helping them adopt, enjoy, and maximise the value of our educational tools.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to;
Develop easy-to-follow, resourceful learning materials (such as quick-start guides, best practices articles, video tutorials…) to empower users in becoming proficient with Wooclap independently.
Conduct regular live or virtual training sessions, webinars, and Q&A sessions tailored to different user personas, including educators, administrators, and training professionals.
Assist in creating and maintaining automated communication workflows, like onboarding emails, feature updates, and helpful tips, to keep users informed and engaged with the platform.
Gather feedback from meeting or training sessions to continuously improve the ressources and training materials and address emerging user needs.
Share partners and users needs and feedback with product, technical, marketing and sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
Co-organise quarterly online events and webinars on pedagogical topics.
📦 Package
Paid internship based in Paris, in the dynamic and central co-working space of Schoolab (rue de Milan in the 9th arrondissement).
Training and development: 75 euros from Woocredit to enable you to purchase learning resources (online courses, books, etc.) during your internship!
Meals: €11 meals per day worked with the Swile card, 100% paid for by Wooclap.
Public transport: Reimbursement of up to 60€ of the Navigo pass (i.e. 71% of the pass).
Work equipment: Loan of a Macbook to work in the best conditions.
Reimbursement of the cost of mobile subscription up to €50 per month.
You have a good understanding of instructional design
You have an interest in working in the EdTech sector or with Educational Technology
You have excellent verbal and communication skills in French and English
You can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are recognized for your listening and communication skills, both written and oral.
You have good analytical and synthesis skills. You know how to make complex subjects simple.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you are curious and enthusiastic. You are not afraid of a rapidly changing environment.
