Job description

We are looking for a junior sell-side equity research analyst. Based in Prague, you would be working closely with experienced colleagues, conducting research, maintaining and building company and valuation models and industry databases, and helping with the preparation of reports and presentations. Your bottom-up work on company and industry fundamentals will help our analysts and clients (mutual funds, pension funds and hedge funds from across the world) to make informed investment decisions.

The candidate we are looking for should be intellectually curious, creative and analytical. In addition to excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), candidates should be interested in the research process, and motivated to take on responsibility and to start building their own franchise.

Our team-based approach will allow you to benefit from the insight of your peers. Over time, you will use that experience to develop your own coverage universe.

We are looking for candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds, who are eager to learn. The job offers unique exposure to senior decision-makers in companies from across Emerging Europe, and to institutional fund managers globally. The role provides an excellent start to careers in equity research, asset management, IB, IR, corporate strategy, and business development, among others.
