The Business Partnership Manager is responsible for establishing the vision and growth strategy of the different market segments with our business partners on all markets where WTTJ is commercialized.
The focus is France for now, but you will build programs that are ready for scale.
This is a job creation: we are looking for a can-do attitude and a strategic and methodical mindset who will report to our Chief Sales Officer.
Your main missions:
Defining and driving the strategy to ensure the success and to maximize the business done with our Business Partners: the first step will be to map potential partners and to establish the first partnerships
Building the monetization strategy of the intermediation business models
Evaluating and monitoring KPI’s
Optimizing the performance of the existing partner network by ensuring partner satisfaction, end-user satisfaction and revenue growth
Centralizing and coordinating the different challenges, in order to convey business team needs while deploying scaled processes and efficient methods
Hiring, developing & working closely with existing and new resellers on various market
Performance Management & reporting
Owning the partners global performance by driving operations on global level
Defining growth strategy and setting ambitious targets
Understanding key business drivers and make sure the teams focus is aligned with the vision translated by those KPIs
Improving processes that are ready for scale
Collaboration:
Working in close coordination with our Business Operations team, our Heads of Sales and Account Management, Directors and Team Leaders to define partner needs and strategy
Collaborating with Growth/Marketing Team for the animation of this community of partners, the creation of the necessary supports and marketing tactics within your territory
Partnering with cross functional efforts across all others supporting teams such as Finance, Product, and Legal to remove obstacles and close deal

At least 8 years of professional experience in a Sales / Business position
An ability to forecast accurately, analyze, structure and use data to make decisions
A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives
A highly adaptable and strategic mindset, confortable working in a fast-paced environment
An experience working with HR / Communication Agencies
A fluency in French and English
