In order to support and fuel our global expansion plans, we are scaling our Talent Acquisition Team and recruiting our Head of Talent Acquisition.
Reporting into the Head of People, you will be responsible for our global Talent Acquisition effort and the transformation of our company vision and objectives into an efficient recruitment strategy.
Your key responsibilities will also include :
Develop and manage our growing Talent Acquisition team (comprised of 3 persons : 1 Tech Recruiter, 1 Business Recruiter and 1 intern) ;
Design and drive the adoption of best-in-class interviewing and hiring practices that actively contribute to reducing recruiting bias and foster strong candidate experience;
As a hands-on leader, take on operational responsibilities and recruit for strategic positions ;
Identify & develop relevant recruitment metrics, reports & dashboards to track performance and support business decisions ;
Partner closely with our leaders & hiring managers to understand recruiting plans across all functions, manage the forecast & timelines, and educate internally on best-in-class recruiting techniques ;
Generate new recruiting programs, tactics, partnerships & providers that will help sustain our success ;
Contribute to growing our Employer Brand internally and externally ;
Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.
