At XAnge, we’re committed to supporting ambitious entrepreneurs as they scale their startups. Our Startup Success team ensures that founders benefit from dedicated resources, tools, and expertise throughout their journey.

We are looking for a highly motivated trainee (Alternant.e) to join our Startup Success team and contribute to key initiatives over the next 1–2 years. This is an opportunity to gain direct exposure to the VC ecosystem, work closely with startup founders, and develop expertise in operational challenges facing high-growth companies.

Working closely with your colleagues on the Startup Success Team, you’ll take on diverse responsibilities, with the opportunity to gradually increase your level of autonomy and impact.

Your main tasks will include:

• Developing support initiatives for entrepreneurs funded by XAnge:

  • Gathering insights from startups in our portfolio.

  • Proposing and implementing new features to enhance our Startup Success offer.

• Assisting in the implementation of support projects:

  • Identifying startup needs.

  • Formalizing tailored solutions with the team.

  • Monitoring and iterating on these initiatives.

• Handling inbound requests:

  • Managing approximately 80 monthly requests from C-level executives, addressing key operational challenges such as recruitment, operations, and business growth.

• Improving communication and visibility of our Startup Success offer:

  • Managing communication channels such as Slack, newsletters, and email campaigns.

• Organizing events:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of startup workshops, peer-to-peer sessions, leadership dinners, and other key initiatives.

Who we’re looking for ?

• You’re pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4/+5) and seeking a versatile, hands-on role to deepen your understanding of entrepreneurship.

• You thrive on direct interaction with startup founders and enjoy being their go-to “sparring partner.”

• You’re resourceful, organized, and curious, with a strong desire to learn.

• You’re comfortable working with data and tools, such as Pipedrive, Mailjet, Airtable, Zapier, Notion, and Typeform.

• You’re empathetic, a great communicator, and a collaborative team player.

• You have excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a sharp eye for detail and an analytical mindset.

• You are passionate about Tech and Digital Startups, demonstrated by a strong knowledge of no-code tools (and you are always trying new ones). ChatGPT/Gemini is your best friend to boost your productivity.
