As a Business Developer, your main objective will be to identify and convert leads and acquire new clients to grow Xpollens’ revenue. As a key player in the launch of the Xpollens offer, you will be involved in defining the sales strategy and creating commercial offers.
What You’ll Do
Identify new potential clients
Pitch Xpollens’ products and/or services
Manage responses to calls for tenders
Report market information and trends from the field
Developing Executive relationship with key targets / top accounts (CEO, CTO, CPO, VP payment)
Interacting with other Xpollens teams (Mainly Product, Compliance and IT teams) to answer RFQ and achieve commercial target.
Maintaining a high degree of transparency in pipeline management, pricing negotiations with top management.
Contributing to the definition of the Go-To-Market strategy for our

Fluency in English & French
Experience as Business developer or Presales ideally in Payment industry, in a fast-growing company.
Excellent understanding of managing a sales pipeline and priorities between hunting & nursering phases.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to business development leaders, executives, product managers, engineers, legal teams
