Your missions: 

As an FP&A Analyst, you will work within the Finance team and you mission will be built around 2 pillars:


1. Planning & Reporting:

• Performing monthly finance closing either for expenses & topline purposes, prepare key finance deliverables and drive improvement in reporting of results in collaboration with our Senior FP&A analyst
• Run planning processes such as multi-year strategic financial plan, budget and reforecast and track variances vs Actuals
• Performing in-depth analysis of the company's P&L, cash flows and forecasts
• Performing analysis regarding Gross Margin
• Handling ad-hoc requests or analysis/projects

 

2. Sales Compensation:

• Design compensation plans based on the budget we need to achieve and provide recommendations on existing to better drive Revenue teams' performance
• Administrate compensation plans: implement changes throughout the year, communicate them, and address individual questions
• Provide some analysis on individual & team performances: use them to adapt future comp plans and share them with Revenue leaders

 

Your profile : 

• You have a Master of Finance/Accounting or similar field is required
• You have a first relevant experience in FP&A, internship/apprenticeship is considered and up to 2 years of experience in finance and in a SaaS environment
• You are data-driven
• Detailed oriented with the ability to identify errors, and root cause analysis
• You have outstanding writing and oral communication skills both in French and English
• If you have a knowledge of Amalia or Pigment it is a plus
