Reporting directly to our Head of Finance, your main missions will consist of managing people, plan financial actions, forecasting their impact and, finally, establishing complete reports bringing together all of its findings.

Your missions

1. Management:

- You will manage an amazing performing team of 2 people

2. Financial planning and analysis:

- Define, monitor, and analyze our key KPIs

- Modelize and harmonise budget, re-forecast, scenarios, multi-year plans (including topline, expenses & hiring plan management)

- Act as a business partner to support different internal stakeholders (C-Level and Directors)

3. Sales Compensation:

Work closely with our FP&A Analyst on :

- Design a compensation plan based on company targets

- Analyze, monitoring and optimize Sales performances to provide the best recommendations to our revenue team leaders

4. Reporting:

- Prepare and update our financial deck (P&L, cash flow and financing)

- Prepare various reporting documents for management, investors, and people including monthly investors reporting and quarterly board and support strategic decision making

- Build ad hoc performance analysis and dashboards for the leadership team and board

Your profile:

- You have a Master degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting or related field

- You are (very) familiar with SaaS B2B Environment

- You have 5+ years of experience in the transaction services/audit department of an audit or consulting firm and/or a scale-up with finance functions

- You are efficient in modelling capacities or a startup financial environment

- You obviously love and cherish Google Sheet (or Excel) but Pigment would be also highly appreciated

- You know several dataviz tools for reporting and budgeting

- You have an excellent communication skills in both in French and English

- You are rigorous and organized

- Autonomous, eager to grow and curiosity is one of your qualities

**Recruitment process :
