The position

Job description

As part of our commitment to fostering entrepreneurial talent, we are looking for a B2C Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to lead, experiment, and build high-impact consumer-facing businesses within our ecosystem.

As Zama’s B2C Entrepreneur in Residence, you will have the unique opportunity to identify and develop new business opportunities within the consumer market. This role is designed for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who can take an idea from concept to execution, leveraging the company’s resources to test, iterate, and scale innovative B2C ventures.

  • Identify, validate, and develop new B2C business opportunities aligned with market trends.

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging data-driven insights.

  • Rapidly prototype and test new products, services, and business models.

  • Develop customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts.

  • Secure buy-in from stakeholders and present compelling business cases.

  • Optimize growth through experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behaviors to drive innovation.


Preferred experience

  • Proven experience in launching successful B2C products.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying market gaps and creating solutions.

  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, digital marketing, and growth hacking strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and monetization strategies.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making based on key performance metrics.

  • Ability to work independently, experiment rapidly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
