The position

Job description

As Zama’s Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, marketing expertise, and a test-and-learn mindset to optimize growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Design and run rapid experiments to test different growth tactics.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Optimize conversion funnels and improve user experience.

  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to align growth initiatives.

  • Develop and execute viral and referral marketing strategies.

  • Utilize A/B testing, automation, and personalization to enhance engagement.

  • Stay up to date with growth hacking trends and best practices.


Preferred experience

  • Proven experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or product-led growth role.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.

  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Creative problem solver with a test-and-learn approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
