The position

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated support engineer to join our threshold key management solution (TKMS) team, with a primary focus on helping us ensure good service to our customers, partners, and community. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of esteemed cryptographers and engineers, and play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustained excellence of Zama’s cryptographic solutions.

You will:

  • 📞 Follow up on technical support queries and provide prompt feedback.

  • 📝 Track and prioritize customer queries and issues, and escalate to the team as needed.

  • 🐛 Contribute to bug fixes and features in the code base.

  • 🔧 Establish solid troubleshooting processes.

  • 🗺️ Work with team leaders to incorporate user feedback into roadmaps.

  • 📚 Create and maintain documentation, and help make it a valuable source of information.

  • 🌐 Organize community support and create an engaging environment for members.

  • 📢 Keep users updated on upcoming developments and launches.


Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

  • 3 years of proven experience in an engineering support role.

  • Experience in optimization and automation for customer support systems.

  • Experience working with blockchains.

  • Experience with threshold protocols (MPC).

  • Experience writing code in Rust.

  • Experience using AWS.
