About the role

As a Senior Growth Product Manager (reporting to our Head of Product), you will be key in delivering value to nonprofit organizations and driving Zeffy’s growth. 💫

Once our users adopted the product, they simply love it (NPS average above 85).

With our user onboarding being fully self-serve (we don’t have a sales team) and our product being free, customers have the flexibility to leave at any time.

Thus, we can’t afford to deliver only a good experience. Instead, we are aiming for an incredibly smooth and delightful activation experience.

Product Management at Zeffy

We have a core set of principles and expectations for any PM at Zeffy:

✅ Your only objective is to drive business outcomes, not ship features.

✅ Autonomy and empowerment: leadership job is to determine which business metric we want to focus on, your job is to decide what to build to impact these metrics.

✅ We embrace the “fail fast” approach: test quickly, fail, learn, iterate, succeed.

✅ Talk to users AT LEAST once a week, analyze the data DAILY.

✅ Don’t game the metrics, we care more about the long term impact for our users than short term optimizations.

🚫 Deadline and stakeholder management are secondary, what counts is having impact at Zeffy’s speed

🚫 We don’t blame others or find excuses when goals are not achieved. We acknowledge it, learn from it and then get back to work.

🚫 We do not expect PM to be baby-sitting developers, as we do not expect designers to just make pretty UI.


Preferred experience

🌟 Must haves:

We expect you to be able to help other PMs improve on these skills.

  • Strong experience in conception, execution and analysis of A/B tests on product with high traffic (50k+ MAU)

  • Ability to lead rigorous experiments generating precious learnings with the highest velocity possible

  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to deep dive in complex data sets, find hidden patterns, confirm statistical significance of tests and use all this to determine the next set of experiments to run

  • Successful experiences iterating on product/business metrics and delivering high impact on them

  • Run quickly and efficiently user interviews and usability sessions with users

  • Launch brand new experiences and features when no prior data is available

  • Propose simple, elegant and relevant solutions taking into considerations UX best practices

  • Create a strong dynamic inside their squad to reach the next level of success

  • Master the bigger picture (product vision, strategy), and use it to build your part of the product

  • Coach other PMs in the most effective ways

We are open to considering candidates with higher seniority if they are the right fit, and to discuss a fair pay.

The range:

  • Our ideal seniority level: 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • The corresponding salary range: EUR 65,000 to EUR 85,000 + stock options.
