As a Field Sales Representative for île de France, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business by building strong relationships with potential clients and driving sales within your territory. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be the face of our company in the field, responsible for showcasing our solutions and delivering exceptional service to our partners.
Identify and prospect potential clients in the Île-de-France region.
Conduct face-to-face meetings to present our solutions and demonstrate their value.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Provide regular feedback and market insights to the sales and product teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food, tech, or retail sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the Île-de-France market dynamics.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
Experience in the food tech industry or working with restaurants and retailers.
A passion for innovation and technology.
Office-based work model in Paris, with occasional remote work possible.
