As an intern in our Revenue Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will gain hands-on experience in optimizing operational processes, improving data quality, and helping build efficient marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This is a great opportunity to develop skills in Revenue Operations, CRM management, data analysis, and marketing automation while working closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Day-to-Day 💻
Assist in the development and optimization of sales, marketing, and customer success processes within Salesforce and other tools.
Support the implementation of key performance metrics and ensure data accuracy to help teams make informed decisions.
Help maintain clear process documentation and definitions to improve operational alignment across departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide visibility on key revenue processes and workflows.
Work on data quality initiatives, ensuring our CRM remains a reliable source of truth for the revenue team.
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping to automate and optimize customer engagement.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in business, data analytics, or a related field.
Strong interest in Revenue Operations, CRM, and marketing automation.
Comfortable working with data and analytical tools.
Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce or Marketing Cloud is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
