As our Office & Community Manager, you ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and foster a vibrant community culture in our Paris office location. Your focus is on creating an inspiring workplace and enhancing employee satisfaction through efficient resource management and creative engagement initiatives.
You are part of our People & Culture team, working closely with the HR Business Partner and HR Ops Manager for our Southern Europe region. You will also collaborate with the Office & Community Manager based in Amsterdam to align on best practices and community-building initiatives.
Oversee daily operations of the Paris office, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all employees.
Manage third-party providers for office services in other Southern Europe locations, coordinating remotely.
Organize and execute internal events, team activities, and celebrations to build a strong sense of community and boost employee engagement.
Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries, providing prompt support and solutions.
Handle budget management for office operations, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve the workplace environment, focusing on hospitality and employee experience.
Partner with the HR team to support onboarding, cultural programs, and employee well-being efforts.
Monitor office supplies, equipment, and facility needs, coordinating maintenance and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Gather feedback from employees on office satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management, community building, or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate with external providers.
A passion for hospitality and craftsmanship, with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive office atmosphere.
Creativity and curiosity to develop unique employee engagement activities and cultural programs.
Experience in budget management and the ability to optimize costs effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level minimum) and French (fluent).
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in people and community.
